Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be approved if:

  1. The product was not delivered
  2. The wrong item was delivered
  3. The item is significantly different from the description
  4. The item arrives damaged

Refund Process

  1. Buyer submits a refund request within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Seller reviews the request.
  3. If approved, refund is processed via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be granted if:

  1. The buyer changes their mind after delivery
  2. The product was used or damaged by the buyer
  3. The return request is outside the allowed timeframe
