Account and Data Removal Policy

Users may request deletion of their account at any time.

Account Deletion

To request account deletion, users must:

  1. Submit a request via support@captinq.com or account settings
  2. Confirm identity

Once processed:

  1. The account will be permanently removed
  2. Personal data will be deleted except where required for legal or financial recordkeeping.

Data Retention

Certain information may be retained for:

  1. Legal compliance
  2. Fraud prevention
  3. Financial recordkeeping

Retention period: up to 1 to 3 years where required by law or due to related data.
