Delivery, Shipping & Logistics Policy

This policy defines how delivery responsibilities are handled on CaptinQ Marketplace.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

  1. Ship orders within the promised timeframe
  2. Provide accurate shipping information
  3. Package items securely
  4. Provide tracking where possible


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times depend on:

  1. Seller location
  2. Shipping method
  3. Courier service


Typical delivery times may range from 1–7 business days within Suriname.

Failed Delivery

A delivery may fail if:

  1. The buyer provided an incorrect address
  2. The buyer is unavailable to receive the package
  3. Courier access restrictions exist


In such cases, the buyer may be responsible for additional delivery costs.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If a package arrives damaged or is lost:

  1. The buyer must report the issue within 48 hours
  2. The seller or courier may investigate the claim
